A 25% deposit is required within 7 days of reservation. 
Full payment is due prior to your stay. 
Complete refunds are given if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to arrival date.  
Cancellations within that 7 day period that date will forfeit the deposit. 
We are flexible with our terms in certain situations.
